Job Description

Ensure selection and recruitment process via implemented recruitment system;

Carry out interviews, testing, assesment centers and use other relevant recruitment instruments;

Organize pre­employemnt check­ups;

Guide and support the final candidates through the process from job offer to the start date;

Implement, support and ensure the correct Talent Management process functionning at the plant;

Guide managers and employees through all Talent Management core processes (ED, TM Conferences, Individual goals

planning and assesment)

Implement all the changes in corporate processes timely;

Ensure following the Talent Management Initiatives nomination process and follow­up on initiatives;

Consult managers on Corporate Initiatives to identify correct measures for Talents;

Ensure other TM tools and processes implementation and following (Big Six Radar, Basics Live);

Consult managers and employees regarding possilbe training and development needs;

Prepare technical tasks and participate in tender on selection of training providers;

Continiously gather feed­back and improve the provider's services;

take part in \ steer global and local Talent Management and Employee Relations related as well as cross­functional HR

projects;

Translate TM and ER strategy into actions and execute them;

Learn new performance management technologies and tools and implement them accordingly;

Propose changes in relevant HR policies and procedures for their optimization;

Configure and present task area­related reports on demand.

Job Requirements

Higher education degree (psychology, HR area, )

relevant experience from 2 years in recruitment in international company (in-house recruitment)

experience as HR generalist from 1 year in international company

Good command of English

Ability to manage multitasks

Advanced influence skills

Advanced interpersonal skills

Team player

Very good communication skills
