Job Description

Main tasks:

­ Managing and execution import and local suppliers and operational issues;

Sourcing, negotiations and interface with Suppliers;

Managing trouble suppliers (meetings with suppliers management, look for solutions, etc);

Compliance with Corporate purchasing procedures and legal requirements

­ Issue and maintain contracts (frame agreements and spot buys);

Negotiations of amendments to contracts with suppliers;

­ Independently performing as a coordinator of all departments involved into the purchasing process to timely execute purchasing requests;

Leading contract approval process between supplier and company departments involved;

­ Regular contacts with relevant partners and Corporate purchasing to recognize developments (in market, demand, etc.) and exert influence accordingly. Monitoring of the national and international market to bring new suppliers, latest supplier portfolio,

­ Regular contacts with relevant partners and Corporate purchasing to recognize developments (in market, demand, etc.) and exert influence accordingly. Monitoring of the national and international market to bring new suppliers, latest supplier portfolio,

­ Supplier management to gain the best suppliers and guarantee an optimum supply chain.

­ Interdisciplinary working group/project work to inform oneself, exert influence and optimize internal processes and procedures.

Communicating frequently to relevant corporate functions.

­ execution of MRP process in SAP.

Job Requirements

Higher education degree (in Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal is preferable)

Minimum 2 years in Purchasing/Procurement. Has preferably worked in at least one different function, task or role, through projects, internships (Purchasing, Planning, Logistic, Warehouse).

Solid understanding of key processes and tools (SAP, Procure to pay process, document flow process, purchasing procedure, RFQ, Quality Process, etc.) that drive the organization.
