Within assigned geography, provide technical support and training to the Sales Team and to customers Accountabilities
Coordinate and manage farmer/influencer/ Distributor applied demonstration/product performance trials
Represent Syngenta's product portfolio in the field by making product use recommendations and by managing complaints as needed
Provide competitive product information as needed
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & CAPABILITIES
Critical experience and knowledge
Degree in Agronomy
In-depth crop & product knowledge
Understanding of product positioning
3-years of In-field technical experience and in-field experience in a commercial environment
Deep knowledge of seeds and CP market (trends, key players, value chain, pricing for main crops)
People management Critical leadership capabilities
Develop clear directions and set aligned objectives for individuals and teams
Gains commitment on key reports from stakeholders in a compelling way
Manage risk and be able to work with uncertainties
Provide opportunities for learning, development and growth
Coach people to connect across functions and boundaries to spark innovation Critical technical and professional capabilities
Deliver distinctive value proposition to customer
Ability to provide technical information to the client and field force in terms benefits for the customer
Understand customer needs
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, presentation.
Data interpretation – ability to transfer technical information in the way clear to sales and customers
Strong influencing skills.
