Enterprise Software Support Engineer providesfirst line support on the enterprise software systems used in the Kemin offices in Russia and is based in Lipetsk


  • Provide 1st line support on Kemin's business critical system in Russia

  • Work closely with the software vendors and Kemin IT teams in Belgium and US when needed to solve issues

  • Record issues in Kemin's IT helpdesk system

  • Train new employees

  • Purchase and install PCs & printers

  • Monitor backups and datalines


  • Bachelor in IT

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in supporting enterprise business systems (1C, MES, M3)

  • Excellent troubleshooting skills

  • Good knowledge of PC's , Windows, Windows servers and networking

  • Good communication skills in English

  • Good customer service skills

  • Be self-organizing and able to prioritize tasks

  • Team player
