Lenovo 4P Leader Russia&EECA in Moscow, Russia

The position will be responsible for leading a team of 4P managers for all product groups of Lenovo with the exception of Smartphones. The role will be part of the region leadership team reporting directly to business VP.

The role will be part of the region leadership team and will work closely with the EMEA 4P team on developing and executing all campaign activities for RU/EECA reporting directly to business VP.

The successful candidate will develop and build business plans to grow the Russian & EECA commercial and consumer business, working closely with the GMs, Business Unit Leaders, Finance and Sales Operations teams. This role will be responsible for maximizing our product mix, margin and overall contribution to the business. Work closely with the EMEA 4P team on developing and executing all campaign activities for RU/EECA

the main job responsibilities are:

  • leading the team of 4P Managers,

  • NPI process and lifecycle management

  • Specifying market requirements for current and future products, formulate business case

  • Develop product strategy, pricing and roadmap

  • Product and roadmap brief / spec selection / sample ordering / PN creation, Bi-weekly 4P market updates calls

  • Ensure cost accuracy in CBT and resolve potential errors proactively

  • Product guidance and core lineup for cycle reviews

  • Run quarterly heatmap review process with market 4P and respective EMEA BM in preparation to the campaign plan creation: -> output: product/feature gaps, reference SKU lineup, guidance for focus areas/opportunities and potential initiatives

  • Close collaboration with BU and global consumer team defining strategic programs/initiatives and target costs

  • Cooperation with alliance team to fully leverage Intel/AMD/MS programs

  • Campaign product introduction and cycle package creation

  • Competition and market analysis

  • Proactively conduct market & competitor analysis to identify business opportunities, provide insightful & actionable outputs across products, markets & competitors to consumer PC ED, BU and global consumer team

  • Provide in-depth competitive analysis on a quarterly & ad-hoc basis, including product positioning / SWOT analysis

  • Provide appropriate competitor mapping, and associated Price, Features, Value (PFV) analysis input to markets

  • Provides monthly/quarterly roadmap updates to relevant extended teams

  • Product training / presentation to markets and customers, hosting virtual and F2F EMEA product workshops

  • Cross department communication

  • Align on product positioning, key messages with marketing, incl. driving continuous improvement of the SELL-IN kits and final signoff before internal circulation

  • Align on escalation management with service and GSC team (e.g. Quality issue, recall, production on hold, etc.)

  • Proactively engage with peers & other functional departments on executing programs to achieve goals

  • Close collaboration with lenovo.com team to ensure proper presentation of our offerings FCST

  • Long-term FCST guidance (month 4-6) on platform and specific items if required and updating 12 month PRG We are looking for a strong leader with proven leadership skills that has:

  • Strong Presentation Skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint skills

  • Results driven, team player able to effectively manage teams both virtual & remote
