Alliances Consultant 2
Responsible for partner Enablement in CIS, ECE and CAT to increase
Revenue contribution and Specialization across IaaS and PaaS solutions through
the indirect channel. Will map the partner potential for to build Enablement
Plans supporting the execution of Sales Initiatives, Business Plans and Demand
Generation campaigns which deliver increase of Cloud Platform revenue.
Also responsible for planning, creation and roll-out of partner
Enablement training sessions in CIS, ECE, CAT and across EMEA region. Driving
increase of Specialists and building a long term & profitable relationship
with key partners for IaaS and PaaS solutions
Memberof the Cloud Platform Solution team with focus on development of partnercompetencies for Reselling and Implementation
Responsiblefor Partner Enablement Planning (in average 150 sessions per FY with2933 attendees).
Pullingtogether (from input with the local leads) the local Partner SalesInitiatives, Specialization Plan and management buy-in to build aregional Partner Maturity Grid
Creationand roll-out of a training plan with Cloud Platform focus in regards toSales, PreSales, Implementation and Architect Specialists
Linksinto the VAD/Partner Hub managers to ensure sales competency for CloudPlatform Solutions within the VAD partner base
Ensurestraining content/languages to deliver - and input into future requirementneeds driving growth of revenue transactions from partner
Leveragestraining content, trainer resources across all organizations and isresponsible for execution of planned in-class and webcast trainings topartners
Inputsfor the partner Enablement Budget planning & execution - Escalatesissues, ideas and input to country and EMEA Management
Responsiblefor the increase of Specialists and Assessment completion by Focus andRecruited partners driving Business value for Cloud Platform Solutions

Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Builds long term, strategic relationships with named and vertical business alliance partners.
Facilitates the development of strategic marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals. Works with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies. Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Alliances and Channel standards. Monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners. Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.
Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures Demonstrated track record developing and managing Global Partnerships and driving Partner account activity. Prefer strong analytical, sales channel and marketing skills. Prefer 2 years of related experience with a secondary education in Marketing or a related field.
