Key Areas of Responsibility and Tasks
• Presales support (Lead)
• BID Manager, Solution Proposals with SAMs and AEs
• Analyzing feasibility for new and changed services / interfaces with creation of business case
• Drives creation of new productized services within and beyond his LOB
• Manages teams during implementation
• Support of Implementation & coding of services, composites and interfaces as solution architect or project manager
• Conduct training sessions
• Planning and coordination of integration tests
• Reviews of integration aspects
• Takes responsibility from time to time as team lead and supports respective line manager(s) in people development tasks
Experience & Language Requirements
Expert knowledge of ABAP and FIORI development techniques and tools. SAP certificates will be your advantage.
Understanding the UX value. Experience in integrating systems and processes.
Development team management experience.
Knowledge of software life cycle support tools and code support tools.
Experience in team management tools usage and processes.
Experience in design and approval of technical documentation, documents for development process and systems support.
Understanding of agile and waterfall methodology.
Knowledge of ASAP, SAP Activate and D3 methodology.
Personal competences and other requirements
Ability to quickly join the work processes and adjust them.
Excellent technical writing skills.
English upper intermediate.
Ready for business travels.
Experience in sales/presales activities.
Experience in consulting and proven team lead experience is a clear advantage.
Language skills: Russian native, English intermediate and higher
Degree in computer sciences, economics, natural sciences or a mixture of these disciplines or equivalent experience
