About the Brand Digital Team

The Brand Digital team is a core function of Nike Russia’s marketing team, focusing on serving and engaging with our customers over diverse digital platforms.

About the role

As Nike evolves together with our consumers, digital is an indispensable and central component for our marketing efforts. This role will focus on our Running category and will play a significant role within the Nike Russia marketing organization.

The Brand Digital Executive, Running will be expected to strategize and own the digital category experiences from end-to-end. He/she will be responsible for editorial calendar planning and channel planning while collaborating with other team members to create content & experiences that are inspirational, enriching, insightful and entertaining.

He/she will exemplify strong leadership by setting a clear vision, bringing innovative thinking to the team and managing on the ground execution.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead the digital experience for the Running category: drive sport participation, grow membership, integrate commerce and deliver a solid core content offering.

  2. Develop and execute local digital vision on seasonal campaigns along with on-going activities around commerce, Nike+ Run Club live sessions and Nike+ Run Club application.

  3. Execute the vision for Running category site development and how it connects with overall brand strategy, putting product and consumers first.

  4. Define agency engagement and relationships with Digital Influencers.

  5. Link site metrics to overall brand metrics for evaluation of strategy versus execution.

  6. Land and implement content strategy that is inspirational, enriching, insightful and entertaining for the consumer.

  7. Budget planning and management.

Qualifications Requirements

  1. Bachelor or Master Degree.

  2. Minimum 3 years' experience in digital marketing, brand marketing or a related field.

  3. Knowledge of digital commerce or content production a plus.

  4. Passion about Running is a major bonus.

  5. Fluency in Russian & English.
