Essential Responsibilities:

  • As junior project manager, oversee all aspects of delivering project results according to agreed plan, budget and considering risks that may emerge during project execution;

  • Be able to create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project;

  • Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc) required to complete the project;

  • Actively manage stakeholders and sponsors involved into the project, communicate important milestones, progress, achievements and risk;

  • Organize resources on the project to achieve specific goals;

  • Develop forms and records to document project activities;

  • Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards;

  • Write reports on the project for management team;

  • Monitor cash flow projections and report actual cash flow and variance to senior management on a regular basis;

  • As the assignment, ensure support of certain IT systems and solutions;

  • As the assignment, conduct security risk assessments for applications and infrastructures, carry out analysis of security control improvements;

  • Analyze data using various instruments and methods;

  • Participate in early talent events, seminars and trainings, could be asked to arrange certain events and trainings for other employees.


  • Current full-time student (Specialization in engineering or IT);

  • Deep interest in development in IT sphere;

  • Advanced PC, Windows user;

  • Ability to work at least 25 hours per week in a dynamic, changing environment;

  • Upper-intermediate level of English;

  • Eligibility to work in Russia.
