Kemin Industries Field Application Engineer - Russia in Moscow, Russia
As Field Application Engineer you are member of the EMENA Product Application Department (PAD), with headquarters in Belgium. The Kemin liquid products are applied through unique applications systems at the factories of our customers. You serve the customers in Russia, report directly to the Service Coordinator, with dotted line to the Regional Area Sales Manager.
The PAD team is responsible for all aspects related to the product application systems and services that Kemin offers. In this role you are responsible for the installation, commissioning, calibration and maintenance of the systems.
Manage existing and new liquid projects. You will execute these projects for feed mills, oil crushers, rendering plants and farms.
Perform installations, commissioning and calibration of new application systems.
Provide training for the operators.
Maintain application systems to assure continuous outstanding performance.
Conduct trials to demonstrate product efficacy.
Monitoring program efficiency via routine sampling.
Perform detailed factory surveys and translate application requirements into technical solutions.
Acts as the primary technical point of contact for the customer.
Work closely with the Area Sales Manager and PAD development team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Participate in attending local exhibitions, seminars, training and workshops
Position will be based at Moscow and frequent travelling required.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
3 to 5 years’ experience in an industrial environment
Strong affinity for industrial automation
Profound knowledge and understanding of electrical schemes is crucial
Familiar with Siemens PLC and SCADA systems (like WinCC and Movicon) is an asset
Experience in liquid dosing systems
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Must be fluent in English
Strive to maintain high product quality standards
