Today we open vacancy of GR Manager, Russia.

Main duties and responsibilities:

The role of GR Manager plays an important role in company’s business. Your responsibilities will include providing comprehensive GR support, partnership with company business – identifying and advising on changes, opportunities and trends in regulation, law and policy relevant to the company business. Also, you will proactively identify and build mitigation plans to address public policy issues and mitigate potential impact to the company business, drive the regulatory policy, work with trade associations. Moreover, you will be responsible for serving as the interface between regulators and senior management of the company on policy and matters of significance to the company in coordination with other departments of the company, as well as building on positive company image amongst government officials both at the federal and regional levels. Also, one of your responsibilities will be a role of external outreach – representing the company in external forums / meetings on regulatory, policy and similar issues. You will engage selected government officials to make sure they are well informed about company strategic priorities and maximize membership of the company in trade associations.


  • University degree

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role in Russia in pharma / healthcare organizations or consultancy firms supporting healthcare and / or pharma industry clients

  • Excellent in written and spoken English & Russian

  • High level of energy & initiative
