For our Finance department we are currently looking for a

Senior Finance Manager

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:

This position provides direct support to the Regional Finance Director Russia and MEACAT working closely with Russia VP and business leaders in the company. This role will be responsible for leading the finance activities of Medtronic in Russia

MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible to deliver monthly US GAAP, RU GAAP and Tax reporting to regional controllers;

• Able to support Legal/Compliance and SOX processes in the company;

•Able to implement Medtronic accounting and controlling policies;

•Able to support Budget, Strategic Plan and quarterly forecast processes;

• Able to deliver high level of analysis of main business operations of Groups and overall for the company;

• Support Russia VP by providing financial insight, support business model creation, financial direction

JOB QUALIFICATION/EDUCATION:

• Degree in Business or Accounting

• Previous experience from FMCG/Pharma and/or Audit on any of the BigFour

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/COMPETENCIES:

•English fluent

•Ability to travel around 25%

•Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities

•Proven track record for improving process efficiencies and solving problems

•Ability to identify areas for process improvement initiatives

•Extremely detail oriented with an Accounting background

•Strong communication skills both written and verbal

•Impeccable interpersonal and people skills

•Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities

•Must be flexible and willing to work in a high-growth, fast paced environment
