Purpose of the position:
Support business growth developing regional and category recommendations ‘’where to play and how to win’’ under the supervision of the Commercial Director aligned with the Business Strategy, execute ‘’category lite’’ process;
Customer Innovation: Develop New product and customer solutions - by recommending, scoping new ideas and playing commercial role in DNPSS projects to develop business case and target customers. Support business in measuring and managing the DNPSS (new products, services and solutions);
Deliver best in class commercial intelligence & insights gathering mainly primary information - e.g. analyze sales and market data, information and insights, e.g. manage opportunity spaces process and customer surveys.
Business Growth - developing category recommendations ‘’where to play and how to win”. Develop and update regional (Russia, Former Soviet Union countries, select Asia/ME countries) and category (10 categories) strategy aligned with the Business Strategy. Revise strategy regularily (light – every year, fully – every 3 years). Put together Strategic choice framework – where to play, how to win, critical capabilities. Align with functions, communicate across the business. Facilitate strategic action plan preparation by each function (what needs to be done in the function to align with the strategy). Target – business growth. Input to IBP and PMO on key business assumptions, opportunities and vulnerabilities. Together with marketing function execute and manage ‘’category lite process’’ 45%
Drive regional NPSS and customer innovation: Product and project portfolio management which includes (1) product and category trends submitted to Portfolio review (2) supporting PLM (product line manager) in NPSS (new products, services and solutions) execution measurement and analysis (data is collected by analytics) and NPSS pipeline generation (Idea generation and management to PDP 0>1 gate with the commercial team involvement) (3) execution/participation in business projects (e.g. feasibility study of new products or sales regions) (4) supporting PLM in standing up build/non-base projects as a commercial leader\
role name in PDP process, not a position) (5) provide input to business planning (IBP) and measurement process (6) supporting PLM in managing NPSS projects in assigned software. Work with GEOS Europe marketing to identify H2/3 opportunities fo global relevance or to transfer technologies from other regions. 25%

College degree in economics/finance/marketing;
Min Upper Intermediate Level of English is required.
