Scope and Responsibilities:
As ourProduct Presentation Manageryou'll be responsible for establishing strategies and processes that ensure the highest level of execution of the Nike Global Product Presentation Retail Standards within your territory.
You'll be responsible for delivering the right consumer journeys for our managed spaces in order to always present our categories at the premium level.
You will work cross-functional with business partners Sales, Retail, Store Design, Merchandising as well as your core Brand team (management and RB) in order to bring always the PP pov.
You'll be active player in MPT and MPE category plans and of store approval processes as the function who will deliver the consumer journey, the store layout, the zoning and will give inputs on the assortment and the business targets (such new store openings and remodels in order to ensure the category vision is presented at the best way possible.)
You will assess the team managing biz and functional goals and metrics.
Implementation of Nike Product Presentation standards:
Drive the implementation of product presentation support and plans programs for categories, brand or seasonal initiatives, as well as special events; ensure that budgets, timelines, and other program details are clearly communicated and executed.
Drive and guide other teams in consumer journey understanding and establishment.
Support Nike Sales team in getting product assortment to match the global guidelines, fit the store capacity and reach the consumer target.
Responsible to check and evaluate layouts and zonings submission of new opening within the MPT, MPE and remodel/rezoning in NOS together with the PPM and the retail and sales functions.
Drive store floor sets at flagship locations, map out merchandising floor plans.
Give consistent merchandising direction on brand standard to every key player. Together with your team create and execute training programs (internal, agencies, store teams) on current visual standards and guideline presentation.
Create work methodology to monitor stores to ensure visual standards are met and product presentation is consistent
Lead new store openings/refit/remodeling processes from the planning phase till the execution.
Be active player in the GTM process (from SIM to KAPM) in order to influence and establish a clear premium Retail in mind consumer experience.Drive communication:
Manage flow of communication between EHQ, local Product Presentation team, RBand Brand team, agency & the management staff through clear processes (weekly conference calls, touch bases, store visits, in an effort to support company guidelines)
Builds recap templates from market and store visits to be shared with SeniorManagement as well as Brand and Sales Teams in AGS and Europe.
Partner with the cross functional team on store visits.
Create and drive culture around the PP function and its category additional valueincreasing knowledge of product presentation fundamentals and organization-specific visual standards and guidelines to drive business and consumers satisfaction at retail Team Manager :
Engage, inspire and lead the PP team
Assess the team
Provide clear communication across the matrix, and across CEE and the countries. Actas an advocate for the RB, the Nike consumer, and the Nike Brand as a whole. Provide leadership and coaching to all team members.
Regularly communication and feed back to CEE and countries on progresses andevolution of strategies and priorities, to ensure constant regional alignment.Resource Management :
Plan and manage yearly budget smartly to ensure premium standards at all time onthe market.
Minimum Five years of retail Regional/District visual merchandising and display experience in a multi store capacity managing high profile, high volume stores.
Strong understanding of the consumer and how visual merchandising supports an exceptional customer experience and drives business.
Proven experience executing and adapting seasonal visual merchandising presentation guidelines/directives.
Possess strong communication skills with experience presenting in formal and informal settings.
Ability to interact, collaborate and influence with both internal and external Business Partners as well as effectively communicate vision and influence execution of strategies.
Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and ability to interface with a team and manage multiple projects independently.
Pro-active problem solver, ability to assess an issue and develop action steps for resolution.
Ability to travel extensively
