PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The role is responsible for growth of innovative Custom Development (CD) business in Russia & CIS related to Internet of Things (IoT) topic. This role combines business development and execution coordination as well as operational direct sales.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
The position will be responsible for the Go-To-Market strategy in the area covering account planning for the virtual account teams and develops account with their respective opportunity plan.
The person will also work very close with SAP Consulting and Software Lead supporting and conduct the negotiation and contracting phases.
The role must be responsible to position and justify the acquisition of CD, and show the value of using this service in a SAP project, and in the continuous operation of the customer.
Lead the business plan for CD IoT.
Establish overall IoT pipeline build strategy.
Lead IoT demand generation programs execution.
Own and drive IoT campaigns.
Identify key initiatives to increase IoT Pipeline.
Directly interact with Account Executives (AEs) and Services Account Managers (SAMs), partners and customers to position the value of SAP's CD, references, and supporting sales.
Lead targeted must win deals.
Be the content Expert in IoT opportunities.
Support deal execution.
Drive net new opportunities.
Thought Leadership & Field Enablement:
Educate and enable field sales on IoT (AE’s/SAM’s, Partners, etc).
Engage partner support / awareness of SAP IoT offerings.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Minimum level of required education: Bachelor’s degree; Masters degree preferred.
5 years of project management or consulting experience.
7 years of experience of IT business/ background.
Domain expert in one or more industries.
Fluent Russian & English.
