Reference Code: 1702364 Position title: Sales Manager Location: Moscow Reports to: Senior Regional Manager Sales Manager is responsible for developing Newell Brands business by establishing Parker and Waterman brands as category leaders in all trade channels (traditional gifts, b2b, e-commerce, etc.), developing commercial relationships with key customers and partners, identifying new business opportunities. Key responsibilities : 1) Newell Brands business strategy implementation • Implement sales policy based on corporate rules and market orientation • Definition of short and medium term objectives and procedures • Provide achievement of Sales goals (primary and secondary) • Analyse and forecast sales opportunities • Lead the development of commercial activity by maintaining existing customers and finding new ones • New products and categories market launching and developing • Evaluate new opportunities, new methods and channels of Distribution • Evaluate incentive schemes for Distributors and Dealers and control its proper implementation and execution • Coordinate implementation of marketing activities in assigned territory • Ensure timely payment for the goods, resolve operation problems 2) Maximize the share and value of NWL brands in customer’s portfolio 3) Regularly report to Senior Regional Manager concerning: • Sales target execution • Overdue debts of customers • Dealing with execution tasks • Knowledge, understanding and applying of strategic Newell goals 4) Control the execution of Distribution Agreement terms by distributors 5) Communicate company position and overall company strategy to customer base 6) Trace competitor activity, monitoring market events influencing on business and relations with customers Qualifications • Higher education • Proven track record of minimum 3 years sales success in multinational company • Excellent communication skills, internal and external • Judgment and problem solving abilities • Initiative & Active • Ability to work and deliver results under pressure • Planning and organizing abilities • Effective time management • Possessing a ‘can do’ attitude. • Valid Driver license: B • Basic knowledge of English • PC literate (MS Office Word / Excel / Power Point) What we can offer you!
