Sales Representative, Power Distribution Channel

Location: Moscow Russia

Primary Function:

Sales Representative, Power Distribution Channel will be responsible for achieving sales goals and executing sales plans within an assigned sales territory and/or account. Responsible for securing and maintaining distribution of products and/or services and maintaining effective agreements.

Meets or exceeds sales revenue, channel sales profitability and customer satisfaction. Maintains range of activities to ensure key account’s performance.

  • Achieves sales targets, promotes growth and expansion at the assigned market

  • Serves as a customer interface representative to insure a high level of customer satisfaction and responsiveness to customer needs.

  • Provides input into description, qualification, and recommendation on growth opportunities.

  • Contributes to the development of pricing and commercial terms and conditions and a channel win strategy

  • Evaluates and communicates customer performance reports to the sales manager.

  • Cooperates with other professionals within the company to exchange experience and build up effective programs for customers

  • Contributes in marketing activities planning

  • Builds customer relationships through daily interface with customer, operations, and engineering both by phone and visits.

  • Manages contracts or its amendments timely

  • Gains understanding of customer needs and competitive landscape and purposes customer specific strategies to senior management.

  • Originates, develops, and facilitates trainings including ones at customer locations (if applicable).

  • Provides regular reporting to senior management

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • High level of a technical education in the field of electrical engineers, industrial automatics, a drive.

  • Good knowledge of products of the low-voltage equipment, modular technical equipment, contactors, boxes plastic, metal, buttons, boxes metal, converters of frequency and other.

  • In-depth understanding of the potential customers in an assigned market

  • 5-7 years of sales experience

  • Ability to negotiate and close complex deals

  • Ability to build long-term trusted relations with nation-wide enterprise grade customers

  • Russian – native, English - intermediate levelrequired

  • Driver's license, category

  • Strong customer satisfaction orientation

  • Ability to present a professional appearance and demeanor

  • Effective time management and organizational skills
