The Client Services Director (CSD) is responsible for growing and expanding Think Big’s services business for named Accounts, including the development of senior level client relationships, upselling Think Big service offerings within the accounts, managing account P&L, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The CSD will manage a team of 10-20 delivery consultants.

The CSD will manage a team of 10-20 delivery consultants. Oversee services projects in named accounts within region, ensuring client satisfaction, project margins and quality. Accountable for services quality, resolve customer escalations and complaints with a high level of customer satisfaction. Write and negotiate SOWs to ensure engagements are properly scoped. Work with Region Directors to staff projects appropriately, including leveraging offshore resources and approved partners and vendors. Manage a team of consultants, including performance management and career development. Mentor the team and grow their consulting skill set. Teach the team how to identify customer pain points, uncover data’s hidden value and deliver actionable insight. Lead strategy and architecture engagements for strategic clients. Identify patterns across customer implementations. Abstract the commonalities to develop and deliver reusable solution templates for more efficient and effective Think Big projects. You will farm current engagements in partnership with sales.
As a Client Services Director, you will identify patterns across customer implementations. Abstract the commonalities to develop and deliver reusable solution templates for more efficient and effective Think Big projects. Analyze what is working and what is not working, as well as the day-to-day practice utilization, customer satisfaction, and overall delivery process. Suggest and champion improvements. Standardize reviews with customers to measure customer satisfaction, reiterate value prop and report improvement opportunities. Review and identify improvement opportunities for internal support systems and processes. Continue your education in business strategies, design concepts and methodologies and/or technologies. You will collaborate among diverse corporate environments, industries and technical and non-technical audiences.
Hands on experience in a number of business disciplines such as consulting services, business operations, project management, information technology, software development, marketing and sales etc. with a proven ability and record of success
Significant experience in the data industry
Minimum of five years as a client-facing, professional services consultant with broad exposure and experience in a variety of circumstances and a proven record of success
Proven record of five years minimum demonstrating the ability to manage a successful business and P&L ($5M or more) including reporting and metric assessment
Proven ability to contribute to new business development efforts and to lead and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
Demonstrate problem solving abilities with the aptitude to identify strategic solutions to business problems with enterprise-wide implications.
Strong communications and presentation skills. Ability to positively present themselves, Think Big and consulting services
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Hands-on experience with relevant technical concepts; able to effectively use them in planning and decision-making with occasional technical guidance
Possess a high energy level, sense of urgency, decisiveness, and an ability to work well under pressure
Must be able to sit for long periods of time working on computers. Must be able to travel to client sites up to 40% of the time. Must be able to interact and communicate with the client in meetings. Must be able to write programming code in applicable languages. Must be able to write project documentation in English and speak English fluently.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information System, Math, Finance or related field of study or equivalent work experience. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
