Principal Accountabilities

Development and visualisation of Species/Segments/Brand External Communication: 70%

  • Leads accurate, timely & successful development and execution of our species/segments/brands visual communication, creating a consistent, relevant experience for our customers and consumers.

  • Analyzes & implements most effective external communication tools for promoting organizational, GTM & product brands, follows up on market trends, competitors & media opportunities.

  • Provides external events & promotions communication support: develops & create the visualisation for the brand/species/segments category such media, web, printed materials, etc.

  • Develops, aligns & delivers effective visual communication customer support (customer kit): company/product/portfolio brochures, customers’ newsletters, presentations, (general, success stories, etc)

Development and visualisation of Species/Segments/Brand Internal Communication: 30%

  • Provides internal events visual communication support: develops & executes the creation visuals for the species/segments/brand category such as CAN Academy, Sales Conference, Town Halls, Green Days support, corporate magazines & intranet (incl.production locations), etc.

Education, Experience,


  • marketing/communications/ art-design education

  • 2-3 years relevant work experience that demonstrates proficiency

  • Demonstrated understanding of visual marketing principles, tools and vehicles

  • Experience developing & visualisation marketing communication tools

  • Demonstrated ability to provide leadership and influence for cross-functional teams

  • Expirience in adaptive layout design for e-mails and web-site & experience in screen design as a plus (web design, interfaces)

  • Required availability of portfolio

  • Written and oral communication skills - clear, concise, creative and persuasive

  • Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize workload and tasks

  • Highly organized and self motivated, able to set and follow priorities, manage multiple projects and deadlines

  • Must be a team player who has a proven abilitry to work across multiple job families and multiple layers of the organization

  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in an environment that is constantly changing

  • Proficient in the disigners program Adobe cs7 Indesing and illustrator, confident with Corel Draw, Photoshop, & Microsoft Office Suite –Powerpoint.

  • Adaptive layout design for e-mails and web-site

  • Knowledge of basic disciplines in the field of design (color science, coloristics, the basis of composition, styles in design, etc.)

  • Fluency in English
