Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all Sales process in Russia SBU

  • Coordinate Sales Administrators

  • Support of local Sales team

  • Preparing all documentation for Sales process ( contracts , invoicing etc.)

  • Coordination with sales team about all questions from clients

  • Forming sales orders and entering them into the system ( 1C)

  • Assistance and follow-up of customer complaints

  • Rebates calculations and documentation

  • Sales reports preparation upon requests

  • Support of local business development activities

Qualifications

Candidate Profile:

  • University background

  • Experience within international company at similar position (an advantage)

  • Ability to build trusting relationships externally and internally

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with (external) customers and internal partners

  • Self-discipline and responsible

  • Ability to meet deadlines

  • A driving personality, with a sense of urgency and result orientation

  • Excellent team player

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)

  • Good knowledge of English (an advantage)
