KONE Global Legal Function in Keilaniemi, Espoo provides legal services for KONE on a global basis. It provides legal and related services that help KONE achieve its business objectives in line with its strategy. In addition to the KONE Global Legal Function there are regional and local legal functions in several countries outside Finland. Altogether they form a group-wide legal function.
We are looking for
We are looking for a person who will part of our service team in Russia with location in Saint-Petersburg. The purpose of the Maintenance Administrator is to support the Maintenance Supervisor in administrative tasks. He is mainly interacting with the Maintenance Supervisor, Field Technicians, Customers, KONE Customer Care Centre agents.
Main duties: invoicing of maintenance contracts; execution of acts, invoices for mutual settlements with customers; control of receivables; correspondence with customers; Maintenance of databases of contracts and equipment in SAP; administration of workflow with production sites.
Skills, Education and Experience
Experience with accounting documents.
User knowledge of SAP.
Russian language skills.
Adequate English skills are required.
Good communication skills, attentiveness.
