Role Summary:

The Regional Marketing Leader demonstrates accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives. A critical requirement of this role will be to track and compile key market intelligence, develop and integrate regional strategies that meet broader business needs, and contribute to the overall business strategy

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Collect, validate, maintain and update relevant information aboutmarkets and competitors. Supply market share data, perspectives on markettrends and competitor activities, market forecasts, and pricinginformation.

  • Responsible for development and execution of the Growth Playbook(strategic plan) as it relates to marketing plans which must include marketassessment, offering development, lifecycle management and competitiveassessment/response

  • Upgrade smart marketing - contextual marketing, media/message/valueproposition optimization. Ensure compliance with GE marketing guidelines forall communications

  • Complete VOC (Voice of Customer) for specific Marketing programs to identifycustomer requirements

  • Full customer life cycle management from acquisition, cross-sell atorigination, early life & activation, up-sell, on-going cross sells,loyalty programmers, proactive retention, save activities and wins back

  • Establish consistent sales lifecycle and account management processeswith adoption of best practice from structured analysis and customer in-sightto strategic marketing and tactical execution

  • Manage new and installed base data to identify opportunities, analyzenew growth ideas, and target customers with value pricing for New ProductIntroduction (NPI) and commercialization

  • Analyze emerging opportunities/threats with business implications andpotential strategies using strategic analysis tool and process development.Ensure quality data, timely analysis & relevant synthesis and insights forspecific and related markets

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degreefrom an accredited university or college

  • Minimum of 8+ years’ experience in a team or project management environmentwith emphasis in marketing

  • Experience workingwith national and or government-owned companies as customers and/or end-users

  • B2B experience

  • Fluent in English language (writing, reading, speaking, listening)

Desired Characteristics:

  • Master's degree inBusiness Administration (MBA) or Marketing

  • Experience inrailroad / energy/ aircraft engine industry

  • Knowledge ofRussian OR Arabic OR Turkish OR French language

  • Ability to work strategically andtactically

  • Knowledge of planning and executing strategic change

  • Experience with full customer life cycle optimization

  • Strong analytical, project management and organizational skills

  • Excellent planning, organization & prioritization skills, with the abilityto manage several projects concurrently

  • Strong oral and written communication skills
