Manage the boutique's sales performance and service standards.
To make the most effective use of space and stock available by maximising sales and minimising wastage of resources through the team.
To ensure that the merchandise is displayed effectively using promotional material to reflect current demand.
Lead by example in client recruitment and development of client loyalty through CDM activities.
Achieve the boutique capture rate and mystery shop result targets.
Handle any customer relations and customer product returns in line with Dior standards and procedures.
Awareness of competitor activity and ensure the team are updated and where required points are raise to the General Manager to ensure maximum sales productivity.
Full knowledge of back office functions and boutique analysis (CDM, client recruitment, P&L, store activities, stock control, reports, VM rules etc).
Ensure that the boutique maintains the correct basic stock levels.
To work closely with the Product Merchandising Manager to provide effective feedback, ensuring that popular selling lines are replenished on time.
Ensure the VM guidelines are adhered to and support requested when required for maximisation of sales.
To control stock loss within boutique budget and implement stock audits effectively.
To ensure that the boutique operates in accordance with Company administration systems and procedures to minimise losses.
Ensure that the positions of stock, counters and till points in the store are designed to prevent theft by customers or staff and that the Company procedures on security in relation to theft/pilferage are adhered to.
To report all suspected shoplifters to Security officers.
To ensure that all staff are trained and know and follow the Company systems on: cash handling, credit authorisation, acceptance of cheques, arrangement of staff purchases, reporting of stock, cash and loss
Employee's relations and staff training/development
To take part in the recruitment, training, evaluation, motivation and development of the staff.
Oversee and manage employee performance appraisals and highlight employees for development.
To prepare a succession plan for all key positions within the Boutique.
To communicate effectively in order to develop a stable team and a succession plan for your business.
Hold morning briefings and motivate the team to achieve the objectives.
Network with Dior management to share best practices.
Health and safety
- To ensure that Health and Safety policy and procedures are adhered to within the boutique for both staff and customers.
To maintain the highest standards of housekeeping and retail standards within the boutique.
To participate in stock takes outside of normal working hours to ensure a smooth operation at all times.
To carry out any additional duties as directed by the General Manager.
To be aware of all Company's policies and procedures such as till maintenance, store approval, induction days, events, etc...

Extensive Boutique management retail experience in the luxury goods sector.
Existing International Clientelle network in the Elite sector
Experience in managing VIP client events
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Outstanding sense of customer service, sense of initiative and commercial creativity with fashion sensitivity
A passion for Christian Dior and our collections
Strong knowledge of fashion, trends and specifically RTW product division.
Fluency in a second language (preferred)
Master Degree desirable
