Honeywell Channel Contracts Admin in Russia

This role is to focus on Russian speaking Channel Contracts and Program administration in support of the business objective of growing our channel business. The role reports into the EMEA Channel Program Leader.

Responsibilities:

• Issue and managed all new and renewal channel contracts for Russia and Caspian region

• Execute global channel program, including growth promotions, channel programs and policies. Including Bounty awards, co-marketing funds, etc.

• Ensure channels are vetted in line with Honeywell requirements

• Track and report on contracting and vetting progress

• Proactively deliver ideas to improve any components of our channel program. Once approved, lead change and execution of the change in EMEA, and to other poles through counterparts in those poles.

• Support the setup of the Russian speaking channel partners in the internal tools

Key Performance Measures

• Deliver new channel contracts complete, accurate, and on a timely basis to meet business needs • Lead contract renewal process to achieve 100% on time renewals. • Monitor policy 2066 vetting process, and drive compliance with Channel Business Managers • Deliver monthly progress reports on new contracts, renewals, and vetting compliance • Timely execution of program activities such as Bounty Awards &Co-Marketing Funds • Channels onboarding in the internal Honeywell tools

Qualifications/ Experience/ Knowledge:

Language Requirements:

• Excellent written and oral Russian and English language communication skills essential

Education / Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience

Experience:

• Experience working with indirect channels

• Experience of operating across multiple countries, in a complex matrix multi-national organization

• Experience working with contracts (for compliance vetting and renewal)

• Previous experience in business development /sales organization

• Basic understanding of a P&L and the organization’s accounting methods
