Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies is looking for a strong candidate for EMEA Eastern and Emerging Markets Category Manager Fleet role located in Moscow

Reporting toEMEA Category Lead Fleet

Position summary: The EMEA Eastern and Emerging Markets Category Manager Fleet will be part of the EMEA Fleet Centre of Excellence, and will have responsibility to manage and optimise a spend of approx. $30 million within the cluster. The individual will develop and implement strategies to deliver global and/or regional procurement goals for financial performance, quality of service and compliance within the cluster. This will require close collaboration with key internal business stakeholders as well as local and regional suppliers

Geographic Scope of Responsibility:

Russia, Turkey, CEE (mainly Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Romania, Hungary), CIS (e.g. Ukraine, Kazakhstan), Israel, UAE, Saudi Arabia, South Africa

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all fleet category management activities and dedicate about 50% of time to Russia and the rest to the remaining countries

  • Understand requirements of business partners and engage in strategic planning and partnering to ensure alignment

  • Identify and lead cross cluster sourcing opportunities and act as escalation point for any fleet management sourcing, procurement or data collection activities

  • Lead the development, negotiation and management of select fleet management supplier agreements

  • Assess fleet management suppliers and supply markets and define key fleet management suppliers with an eye towards engaging preferred EMEA providers, wherever possible

  • Define and implement fit-for-purpose Supplier Relationship Management programs with key suppliers

  • Introduce standardization for sourcing activities with support from Cluster Category Manager colleagues

  • Deliver all country based savings in line with savings collection and evaluation processes

  • Deliver on service, reliability, quality and innovation commitments

  • Support the implementation of the new procurement way of working (source-to-settle, eMarketplace) within the cluster

  • Escalate issues that may impact the Global Procurement organization

  • Travel activity 10-20%

Preliminary time split:

  • Develop and execute Procurement strategies aligned with business/sector needs – 30%

  • Manage supplier relationships, communicate changes to category strategy, execute joint

  • collaborative initiatives and monitor supplier contract negotiations – 20%

  • Ensure execution of category strategies to include sourcing strategy execution, negotiations, contract implementation and performance against established targets – 20%

  • Engage in stakeholder and business partner management activities – 15%

  • Facilitate the development, implementation, and maintenance of processes, policies,

  • guidelines, Standard Operating Procedures and Business Operating Principles – 10%

  • Participate in and contribute to EMEA Fleet CoE team meetings – 5 %

Key Working Relationships:
