Syngenta Trialing Manager in Russia

Purpose

  • Accountable for supporting the sales organization by providing technical sales support to partners and Sales Reps

  • Provide targeted product information and advice to Sales Reps and partners

  • Promote products at meetings, field days and one on one

  • Support field trials, analyzes data for promotional use Accountabilities

  • Contributes to sales performance by providing technical support to growers, channel partners and sales representatives

  • Provide sales teams or partners information to position products on the farm

  • Provide information to the grower to maximize their ROI

  • Provide technical training and coaching to the sales force, channel partners and growers, usually a medium size and complexity customer set

  • Support new product launches

  • Contact Crop Marketing, R&D and other technical areas to gain product information

  • Lead or participate in field trials, Field Days, and other educational opportunities

  • Provide Sales Reps information to develop strategies to compete with competitor products

  • Takes action to optimize sales opportunities or challenges

Experience required

  • Requires knowledge and understanding within relevant area which would typically be gained through minimum 2 years of relevant experience Critical knowledge

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant technical diploma or equivalent
