Inbound logistics

  1. Coordination of the inbound flow from the Shipper to N&H warehouse in Russia

  2. Purchase order entry in Navision

  3. Management of inbound related claims

Customs clearance & interaction with customs authorities

  1. Verification of correctness & completeness of import documents for customs clearance purpose

  2. Verification of correctness & completeness of import declarations after goods release from the clearance

  3. Resolving any customs clearance related issues

  4. Interaction with customs brokers, Russian customs authorities, shipping sites & corporate functions (Quality & Food Safety, S&L trade compliance specialist, regulatory, legal) to ensure compliant & smooth import to Russia

  5. Preparation of necessary documents for export & re-export procedure

  6. Verification of customs brokers invoices for payment purpose

  7. Preparation of complete set of import documents for finance department

  8. Administration of contracts with customs brokers

  9. Back up for team colleagues

Qualifications

  1. Communicative in Russian & English

  2. Basic knowledge of import formalities & procedures

  3. Basic knowledge of contract administration

  4. Experience with customs brokers & 3PL warehouse

  5. Experience with Navision & basic SAP

  6. Attention to detail, communication skills, problem - solving abilities
