Country Sales Manager

Location: Moscow


To manage/direct all sales activities for the Eaton Electrical sector in Russia providing business and operational leadership to the sales team and associated support functions. To act as the senior Eaton sales representative in the area providing inspirational leadership to employees internally and acting as an ambassador for Eaton externally.

The incumbents prime responsibility is to ensure that Eaton meets the agreed budget targets for sales growth and cost in the defined region whilst applying Eaton standard work practices.

Essential Functions:

  • Directs/ Managers the sales activities within Russia to meet agreed budget targets

  • Provides operational leadership to the Country sales managers and their workforces

  • Acts as role model for Eaton ethical standards of conduct

  • Ensures full deployment and application of EBS standards within the defined region

  • Acts as a member of the Eaton CEE Electrical Sector Sales and Eaton Russia leadership team

  • Works in cooperation with other BU’s and Eaton departments putting Eaton’s overall interest above any local benefit

  • Identifies and develops possibilities for future business growth , including possible acquisitions, bringing them to the attention to the relevant central team for further investigation and possible next steps



  • Minimum of Masters University degree, preferably business related plus minimum 10 years experience in sales. MBA is advantage.

  • Proven track record of achieving business success as a Sales Manager

  • Experienced manager of people, with a track record of managing large teams

  • Intercultural awareness able to operate in a cross border environment

  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrable executive presence – board room quality - able to represent Eaton to senior managers externally and internally

  • Experience in Electrical Sales Business is beneficial
