Abbott Junior Brand Manager Similac - Abbott Nutrition in Moscow, Russia

Main responsibilities:

  • Lead new product development/improving of current products by solid cooperation with trade, trade marketing, logistic, regulatory and other involved functions

  • Collaborate with the brand marketing team to develop and execute on-going marketing plans and strategic marketing calendar.

  • Oversee the execution of system-wide media and promotional campaigns.

  • Monitor marketing and industry trends to determine opportunities for future growth.

  • Participate in the development and execution of critical consumer research initiatives to determine opportunities for growth through understanding of current and potential customer target groups.

  • Lead the day-to-day management of key outside media resources to endure execution of key strategic initiatives, including the tracking and reporting of results. (Social media content planning, etc.)

  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

  • Participating in realization of special training program for doctors over all country;

  • Responsible for promo-materials;

  • Planning/realization media and advertising campaigns according the key events;

  • Organization/management of participation in world congresses;

  • Support relationships with KOLs;

Main requirements:

  • High Education (Marketing preferable)

  • 0, 5 years of experience in marketing

  • Advanced English;

  • Good PC skills (MS Office)

  • Systemized way of thinking

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Good communication and presentation skills
