Description

The Market Place Operations Manager role is responsible for driving in-season order management and returns excellence to enable sustainable and profitable growth for Nike and Accounts. In partnership with internal and external stakeholders across the Nike matrix and through the management of the Account Operations Leads and Customer Service Leads, this role is accountable for driving in-season execution to achieve targets, plan/deliver seasons and obtain success at Retail (bring our story to life).

Establish efficient order management processes to plan and deliver seasons and works closely with business planning teams

• Provide superior Customer Service by supporting the team of Account Operations Leads (AOL) & Customer Service Leads (CSL) to manage the service and logistics issues of our customer based on the differentiated service model (SMD)

• Responsible for tracking and improving on KPI’s for On-time and In-full delivery, Inventory (holds), Coverage, Cancellations, Contract call-offs, Service, and Cost-To-Serve (C2S) / Net Contribution (NC).

• Ensure standardized, simplified, and consistent reporting in alignment with EHQ, WHQ

• Develop COPS team performance management culture

• Leads/coordinates monthly goal setting process and aligns with Finance/Sales to review country input. Leads the forecasting and daily End-of-Month tracking consolidation as well as the coordination of follow up actions

• Participates in territory S&OP and provides input on shipping and KPIs

• Seek best practices tools & processes within the COPS and Nike departments and implement where applicable

Qualifications

Education:

Min Bachelor degree in Business Management and/or Supply Chain / Logistics Management

Experience:

• 4-5 years of relevant experience, in Operations/Supply Chain

• Min 3 years’ experience in Customer Operations area in managerial position

Preference:

• Computer skills: MS Word, Windows, Excel, Power Point

• General SAP system knowledge

Languages:

Fluency in English & Russian. Both written and spoken.

Qualifications Education:
