  • Full program management (Quality program "Issue to prevention" inside Customer Care Center) through a project’s life-cycle including planning, developing, testing, producing and deploying new processes and improving current one to improve Customer Experience and optimise company resources;
  • Execution of all assigned programs while maintaining exceptional and consistent performance within budget and requirements. Providing direct, effective communication to business leadership on assigned programs.
  • Main programs: 1) Claim management digitization project, 2) Buy-Back campaign project, 2) End-To-End Customer Journey project related to Quality and Troubleshooting
  • Ensure effective coordination, integration, and interaction with the sponsoring business team(s)
  • Establish superior customer relationships by exhibiting strong program ownership

  • Higher Education (preferably Technical and with the focus on Project management)

  • At least 3 years of work experience with proved Continous Improvement projects realisation;
  • Proven experience in business processes design and optimisation
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
  • Fluent English
