Role Summary:

An enrolled student at an educational institution, working on a project or a specific assignment at

GE to fulfill academic requirement or to gain practical training and is recruited into GE as an intern

with the intention of converting him/her into a full time hire for leadership program or an entry level

position.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Responds to RA information requests;

  • Prepare notarization copies of registration documents (DOC and RC);

  • Prepare and submit the dossier for receiving Radio Frequency Approval/Exemption letters from GKRCH;

  • Supports regulatory inspections as required;

  • Assists in the review of advertising and promotional items;

  • Handling requests from internal and external customers about registration certificates and declaration of conformities copies;

  • Weekly update of local Regulatory databases and trackers, communication to internal customers in accordance with procedure;

  • Assists in the preparation of submission packages for regulatory agencies;

  • Ensure payment of regulatory invoices in time;

  • Ensure translation and notarization of Regulatory documents through translation agency;

  • Performs a broad variety of tasks in support of product and process design as assigned by the departmental manager.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Current enrollment in a bachelor's or master's degree program;

  • Upper- intermediate English and Fluent Russian;

  • Ability to work 25 - 40 hours per week in a dynamic, changing environment;

  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint and Word);

  • Excellent organization and communication skills;

  • Strong analytical skills – able to analyze a big amount of data;

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills/Team Player;

  • Eligible to work in Russia.
