The Contract Manager, HPS Russia will support Honeywell Process Solutions businesses in Russia for purpose of ensuring that the business and financial objectives are achieved through contracting process.This role is to manage and implement excellent contractual arrangements with commercial
customers of HPS Russia including distributors and resellers. This role also supports in the matters related to implementation of company policies, Schedule of Executive Approvals and Compliance related to HPS Russian operations.
Assist and support HPS Russian management, Sales function and all HPS
Line of Businesses as well as other entities and functions as may be required
by: reviewing, drafting, analyzing, commenting and negotiating project and service contract terms
and conditions, framework agreements and sales intermediary agreements and corresponding transactions
Assessing and addressing legal and contractual risks related to reviewed contracts with
recommendations as to risk containment. Coordinate with other Honeywell functions to obtain input relative to their areas of expertise, consolidate and incorporate issues of concern into risk containment
recommendations. Leading Master Purchase Agreement and Framework agreement terms and conditions negotiations with key customers in HPS Russia. Supporting in the matters related to company policies, Schedule of Executive Approvals and Compliance as a member of Honeywell Law & Contracts function
Leading BCIR processes under the given guidelines and company policies. Ensuring and overseeing that
contract processes are being followed in accordance with company policy. Evaluation, support and
coordination of legal actions with outside counsels related to litigation in arbitration courts and local courts under the given guidelines and company policies. Cooperation with trade compliance function in order to implement and educate the appropriate local actions related to sanctions.

YOU MUST HAVE
- Legal educational background
- Commercial Sales Contracting including drafting, analysis, interpretation, development and negotiationof complex contract sales terms and conditions
- "Contract Law" 2-4 years’ experience drafting and negotiating projects and servicecontracts in Russia and CIS countries
- Business acumen and general understanding of HPS products and services
- Ability to assess legal and contractual issues and provide legal analysis and counsel.
- Ability to assess risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Strong communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of intellectual property and software licensing, personaldata rights and technology licensing, including PaaS and SaaS, are also highlydesirable.
