Marketing Manager – Russia & CIS - Experian

Based in: Moscow

Description of the Role

Marketing Manager is an experienced marketing professional with proven commercial acumen, who will be responsible for advise the leadership team in all aspect related to communications and will be responsible for planning, development and implementation of marketing strategies, marketing communications and public relations activities in local market.

Reporting into the EMEA Regional Marketing and working in alignment with Sales Director and Country Managers, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing the Go To market campaign for Experian solutions, increase market awareness, support the business growth either through direct channel as well as with partnership enablement, across Russia and CIS.

Lead-Generation

·Work closely with sales teams to implement an effective end-to-end lead generation process

·Plan and execute effective campaigns across all customer segments

·Measurement & reporting on campaign effectiveness

Public Relations

Define and agree PR strategy and budget

·Ownership of overall PR Plan

·Management of PR agency

·Responsibility for content output

Product Marketing

·Development of marketing messaging & positioning

·Localization of client-facing content to support sales

·Delivery of integrated Go to market for the launch of new products

Digital Strategy

·Websites - increased traffic, usability, lead capture and engagement.

·Social media / social marketing programmes

·Creation & delivery of Digital Comms (Newsletters, alerts, blogs etc)

Events

·Ownership of event calendar in Russia and CIS

·End to End delivery of the events, including coordinating sales & marketing to ensure full alignment on objectives, strategy, delivery plan

·Liaison with suppliers / agencies & event organisers

·Evaluate post-event results to drive continuous improvement in the company event strategy

Budget Management

·Ownership and management of PR, Collateral, print/online advertising, strategic/EMEA campaigns budget

Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications

Qualifications and skills:Essential:

  • Degree educated

  • Minimum 7 yrs experience in B2B marketing

  • Commercial awareness, ability to work effectively with sales teams

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Russian

  • Fluent in English language

  • Ability to interface and influence at all levels

  • Attention to details

  • Prioritisationbased on sound commercial judgment

  • Program management skills and the ability to take ownership of a project from start to completion

Desiderable for the role:

  • Experience in B2B technology / services sectors

  • Experience in working in matrix / international organization

  • Experience in working with CRM & lead management solutions

·Experience in Marketing automation (Eloqua)
